接触釜

接触釜又称为接触器，是一个带夹套的压力釜，内装一个双层壁的导流筒，底部有一个高速推进式叶轮。叶轮在旋转时，推动物料沿容器内壁与导流筒之间的通道向上流动，再从导流筒上部流向容器底部，完成循环。导流筒具有导流和加热的双重作用，加热介质通过外层夹套和导流筒对容器内物料加热，因此接触釜有三个加热面，较一般的常压炼制釜和压力釜加热面积大，其传热效率高。节能15%左右，减少碳排放34%左右。特别适合于锂基润滑脂的生产。图示如下。
