我国的三重搅拌釜是在引进日本设备的基础上国产化而成。是在配备刮壁功能的双重搅拌釜底部增加高速搅拌叶轮，使投入釜内的基础油和脂肪酸、碱等物料，在叶轮的高速作用下向釜壁和搅拌桨冲撞，物料反复交叉折射产生很激烈的碰撞，物料在釜底无沉积，反应无死角。

经生产实践验证，三重搅拌常压反应釜的反应完成率比双重搅拌常压反应釜的反应完成率高5-8个百分点。对润滑脂的10万次剪切性能、钢网分油、机械安定性、产品外观等，都有明显的优势。
